How do I track my order? 
Order tracking information will be sent to your email upon dispatch of your order. 

Please check your junk emails, and if you cannot locate the tracking number, contact us via: hello@noemieessentials.com  

 

What is your returns policy? 
Please ensure that you are happy with your purchase before processing payment. 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not generally issue refunds for change of mind and accidental orders. 

However, if the goods are damaged, please follow our returns procedure.

Do you ship internationally? 
We currently only ship within Australia. We are currently working on worldwide shipping solutions. Make sure you keep an eye out on our website for updates. 

 

Are your products vegan?
Absolutely! Our products do not contain any animal products. We also do not test on animals.
