Shipping Policy
- We currently only offer shipping solutions within Australia.
- Please allow 1-3 business days for all orders to be packed and delivered.
- Orders placed on a weekend will be processed on the following business day.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information from Australia Post.
- Please ensure that you have provided the correct shipping address to avoid redelivery charges.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges or refunds for change of mind.
In the unfortunate event that you receive a product that is damaged, please send us an email at hello@noemieessentials.com within 24 hours.
Returns Information
- Orders must be returned to us within 14 days from purchasing
- Claims outside this period will not be accepted
- We only replace items that are defective or damaged
- Item must be unused
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- Picture of the item and its packaging needs to be provided
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on items that are on sale, using a credit note and gift cards
- We are not responsible for packages that are lost in transit
- The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping
Once your claim is received and inspected you will be notified whether your claim has been successful or rejected.
